Sales and Payment Policy

At More Target, we are committed to providing a clear, secure, and transparent sales process that protects your rights at every stage — from order placement to payment and delivery.

1. Orders & Payments

  • Once an order is confirmed and an initial payment is transferred by the customer, the customer agrees to pay the full amount as per the agreed payment terms.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full once the goods are ready and prior to shipment.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before production or service execution begins, and only with a valid and verifiable reason.
    In the absence of a valid reason, no refunds will be issued.
  • Cancellations based solely on receiving a better offer from another provider will not be accepted.
  • Once production or service execution has begun, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances, and the customer remains obligated to pay the full remaining balance upon product readiness and before delivery.

3. Returns & Replacements

  • All sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following exceptional cases:
  • The product received clearly differs from the agreed specifications or ordered item.
  • The shipment is lost during transit — applicable only if shipping was arranged by More Target.
  • The product arrives damaged due to shipping — applicable only if shipping was handled by More Target.
  • If the customer refuses to receive the shipment and it is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all associated return fees and costs.
  • If any of the above cases apply, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide all necessary evidence (such as photos or reports).
  • Once the issue is verified, we will take the appropriate action, which may include replacement or compensation, depending on the circumstances.
