International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide using reputable international carriers, with multiple transportation options: air, land, or sea.
Before shipping, we handle all required export documentation and customs procedures efficiently to ensure timely dispatch.
Customers are responsible for checking and complying with the import regulations in their country, including obtaining any necessary permits or clearances to avoid unexpected delays or charges.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and local customs procedures.

Customs & Clearance

We prepare all required export documents in accordance with regulations from the shipping country.
The customer is responsible for customs clearance in their own country, including any import permits, approvals, or additional documents needed.
Failure to comply with local regulations may result in delays or return of the shipment, for which More Target cannot be held responsible.

Packaging & Protection

All products are packed using high-quality materials and protective layers to prevent any damage during transport.
If visible damage is noticed upon delivery, the customer must document the condition immediately and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country’s authorities.
All shipping fees will be clearly communicated in the quotation before the order is confirmed.

Delivery Time

While we always strive to meet estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather conditions, port congestion, or customs delays may occasionally cause disruptions.
In such cases, we will maintain clear and timely communication, providing real-time updates on your shipment status.

1. Orders & Payments

Once an order is confirmed and an initial payment is transferred by the customer, the customer agrees to pay the full amount as per the agreed payment terms.
The remaining balance must be paid in full once the goods are ready and prior to shipment.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before production or service execution begins, and only with a valid and verifiable reason.
In the absence of a valid reason, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations based solely on receiving a better offer from another provider will not be accepted.
Once production or service execution has begun, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances, and the customer remains obligated to pay the full remaining balance upon product readiness and before delivery.

3. Returns & Replacements

All sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following exceptional cases:
The product received clearly differs from the agreed specifications or ordered item.
The shipment is lost during transit — applicable only if shipping was arranged by More Target.
The product arrives damaged due to shipping — applicable only if shipping was handled by More Target.
If the customer refuses to receive the shipment and it is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all associated return fees and costs.
If any of the above cases apply, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide all necessary evidence (such as photos or reports).
Once the issue is verified, we will take the appropriate action, which may include replacement or compensation, depending on the circumstances.
